POLICIES

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

This training is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled in cosmetology school or have already graduated.

It is suitable for both emerging and experienced stylists who want to specialize in hair extensions.

While the program is beginner-friendly, it is delivered at a professional pace. Participants are expected to be prepared, focused, and fully engaged throughout the session.

SLAYOLOGY reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant does not meet the required criteria.

SESSION STRUCTURE & TIMING

Each session is designed as a full-day, immersive training experience.

The day begins at 8 AM and continues until all key techniques and concepts have been completed. The exact end time may vary depending on individual progress.

Participants are expected to arrive on time and be fully present for the entire duration of the training.

Late arrivals may result in missed content, and SLAYOLOGY cannot guarantee the ability to repeat or revisit missed sections.

This session is intended to support techniques and topics covered during the training. It does not include business, marketing, or unrelated services.

Additional support beyond this session is not included.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

The remaining balance is due in person prior to the start of your session. Failure to complete the remaining payment will result in refusal of service. The deposit remains non-refundable.

All payments made are final and non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a reserved training spot, not a guaranteed outcome or result.

Failure to attend the scheduled session (no-show) does not entitle you to a refund or credit of any kind.

In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by SLAYOLOGY, a full refund or transfer option will be provided.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another person. Bookings are tied to a reserved spot, not an individual.

It is your sole responsibility to find a replacement participant. SLAYOLOGY does not manage, facilitate, or guarantee any resale or transfer process.

All replacement participants must meet the training requirements. SLAYOLOGY reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer at its sole discretion.

All transfers must be communicated and confirmed with SLAYOLOGY in advance of the scheduled session.

In the case of a no-show, the full deposit is forfeited and no refund, transfer, or credit will be issued.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

All participants are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and focused attitude throughout the training.

This includes respectful communication, active participation, and consideration for the educator, models, and other participants.

SLAYOLOGY reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or negatively impacts the experience of others. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

All hands-on work is performed in a learning environment.

Participants are responsible for their own work during the session. While guidance and supervision are provided, SLAYOLOGY is not liable for the outcomes of services performed during or after the training.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any licensing or legal requirements applicable to their work.

The certificate of completion is issued as recognition of participation in the training. It does not replace formal education, licensing, or any legal certification requirements.
