Kaleah Slay is a master extensionist and the founder of SLAYOLOGY Professional, an education platform built on real, in-salon experience, as well as SLAYOLOGY, a Miami-based salon specializing in modern extension techniques.

Having trained over 250 students, her work is defined by precision, seamless blending, and a refined, results-driven approach to education.

Her approach is rooted in hands-on practice, with a strong focus on detail, consistency, and long-term results.

Each session is designed to reflect real client scenarios, from consultation to final result, allowing students to build both technical skill and service confidence.

This is not a standard class – it’s a direct extension of her real client work.

SLAYOLOGY Professional was founded in 2021 as an extension of Kaleah’s work behind the chair – designed to translate real client experience into a refined, hands-on training environment.

Since then, she has hosted multiple masterclasses, working with hundreds of students traveling from across the U.S. and internationally.

Today, the platform reflects years of in-salon experience and education, focused on precision, consistency, and developing confident, detail-driven extension specialists.
